SETTLEMENT WITH CITY OF INDIANOLA, MISSISSIPPI

The Lewis Law Firm and Attorney Glenn H. Williams of Cleveland, Mississippi recently settled the case of L.E. v. City of Indianola, MS, et al; Cause No. 4:11CV005-P-S in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi. In that case the plaintiff ward suffered severe chemical burns while in a city holding cell. As a result he had to undergo numerous skin grafts. The City of Indianola settled the case without admission of liability. The terms of settlement are confidential.
