The Oxford School Disctrict settled a case with parents of a child with special needs for $85,000

The settlement in federal court came after the decsion of a school hearing officer, awarding $60,000 to the parents, was appealed by the district to federal court. The parents had filed a counter claim in federal court for thier attornies fees.
